New York is a community property state? If be so, and credit cards are received after your marriage, but could be responsible. I am also sure that they are not in the cards as another owner. Check your credit report and see what credit cards are there and if there are any inconsistencies Remember to remove or modify file properties.

If you have no credit card, you can not do anything. If your payment doen't man company can use credit cards and personal belongings or property name as a whole. Seek legal advice if possible. If there is nothing to delete relax, not to sell because his guilt.

You are responsible for anything. However, I share the credit bureaus and put a fraud alert to your file. You can always ask someone to sign your name on a credit card. You can contact Trans Union toll free @ 1 800-680-7289. I told him they want to be asked for further questions. Better safe than sorry.

I want a divorce as quickly as possible. While you are committed to it that women can indeed be held liable for the debts. It does not seem fair, but the creditors want their money.

Because his name was not on the accounts, and New York is not a state, community property, you are responsible for everything.

Nothing. If you are not a guarantee for the debt, they are not liable for the debt in any way.

Christine, the problem is that he is married and share their bad credit habits. You could be liable, even after the divorce from him. You may also consider, consult with a lawyer about how you can protect yourself.

You have no liability if it is not a common credit card. However, corporate credit cards can save you money in joint accounts or assets that are you and your spouse get to / had.

Believe me, if you're married, you are responsible, the only way is to make a complaint to the police, as the right and with all these Debth or a lawyer, a document that can prove it, that all This left left things, it will save the only way to his car. Otherwise, sorry, 50%
