The difference is that the patches are patches nicotinell 24 hours, while the patches are not Nicorette.
With panels of 24 hours, the amount of nicotine in them are different in each phase of the review.
Step 1 Nicotinell patches are 21 mg of nicotine, while not only need 1 Nicorette patch 15 mg.
If you have consciously decide to go with the patch for 24 hours that they are known to cause nightmares in some people, everybody feels good.

Is not certain whether the chemical differences between the two, but I also tried and found the most effective use Nicotinell after 6 days and packages, quit are used at lower doses.
